SHIPPING & DELIVERY:   All orders placed on this website will ship within 3-5 business days. In the event this is not possible (due to back orders or other delays) the customer shall be notified of this delay within 2 business days of placing the order. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. As noted, some items are not available for shipping to foreign countries.

RETURNS: Wave Monkey Surf & Sport, LLC will accept returns or exchanges on unused merchandise within 14 days of the date of purchase. The returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return/exchange package. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be inspected upon its arrival. Your original form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount following a satisfactory inspection. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred in the return of any items. We do not accept COD's.We will refund the actual shipping costs on defective merchandise in unused condition or errors made by us. Used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. All defects in materials and/or workmanship covered by the manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer per their return policy. All returns for credit or exchange must be made within 20 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must bear a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) on the outside of the package. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties and taxes associated with shipping to your country may increase the cost of your order. The customer is responsible for paying all import tariffs, duties, taxes, and any other costs related to the delivery of merchandise ordered. The customer is responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of any product, or if any product is unable to be delivered to you for any reason whatsoever. When making a purchase from Wave Monkey Surf & Sport LLC, customers agree that they are either an experienced kiteboarder /snowkiter or will take lessons from a qualified instructor prior to using our products.

All purchases from Wave Monkey Surf & Sport LLC are understood to be made pursuant to a shipping contract in which the risk of loss or damage during shipping is transferred from Wave Monkey Surf & Sport LLC to the shipper upon our delivery of the items to the shipper. The customer may protect against such damage or loss during shipping by purchasing shipping insurance when placing their order.

WARRANTY: All products sold by Wave Monkey Surf & Sport LLC are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Products are usually covered by the manufacturer against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Normal wear and tear or products that have been abused are not covered under the warranty. If products are found to be defective during such period, purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Wave Monkey Surf & Sport LLC may repair or furnish replacement parts or products or refund purchaser's original purchase price, all at the sole discretion of Wave Monkey Surf & Sport LLC. Wave Monkey Surf & Sport LLC shall not be responsible for parts or products damaged by abuse, accident, neglect or improper assembly. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Products used in commercial enterprises and non-profit organizations are specifically excluded from this warranty.
